OSP Training

OSP offers special request, one-on-one, and group training sessions virtually on any sponsored programs related topics. Please contact OSP to plan your session.

Self-Service Reallocations

In support of the February 2025 launch of the Self-Service Labor Redistribution tool, OSP will be offering virtual workshops to support the transition to the new tool and business process that replaces the current Funding Change Reallocation Forms.  These optional sessions will supplement the mandatory training offered by Fiscal Services and are targeted to any individuals responsible for administering and monitoring labor charges to sponsored awards. These interactive sessions will include demonstrations of real-world examples and will provide ample time for questions and answers. RAMP Training

Office Hours for RAMP are available for registration via MasonLEAPS.  Go to the “Events Calendar” under the “Learning” tab and search for “RAMP.”

Training materials to include a series of short videos and quick reference guides for RAMP are available to the research community for their reference in MasonLEAPS by searching “RAMP Training Curriculum”.

NIH Data Management Plan Resources

Mason Libraries and OSP conducted a webinar on the new NIH Data Management Plan requirements with proposal submission and awards.  The session outlined the new requirement to include a Data Management Plan with all National Institutes of Health proposals as well as the support and resources Mason offers to assist you in developing these plans.  Below are links to the recorded webinar as well as the PowerPoint presentations used by the Library and OSP that are available by logging into MasonLEAPS:
