COGR Institutional and Agency Responses to COVID-19 and Additional Resources

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) will continue to actively support the Mason research community during the time of reduced campus operations although most OSP staff will be working remotely.  OSP is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the proposal review and submission process and award management associated with externally sponsored funding.  In order to ensure smooth communications please utilize email and send documents requiring OSP review and approval to osppost@gmu.edu and award related documents received from sponsors to awardgld@gmu.edu .  If you need assistance with a proposal submission please complete the online request for assistance form.

For project specific questions such as cost allowability, no cost extensions, award setup, proposals please contact the Research Administration Manager supporting your academic unit.

For unfunded agreements, contract, subcontract or negotiation related questions please contact Eileen Gallagher, Director of Contracts at egallagh@gmu.edu

For cost sharing, payroll certification reports, financial reporting, subcontract invoicing, billing and cash management related questions please contact Angie Railey, Associate Director of Financial Management at arailey@gmu.edu
